"Very thankful for the level of care"

I attended Emer, the Orthoptist at Altnagelvin Eye Clinic, with my 2-year-old boy. He got very upset being in different, unknown surroundings and he didn't want Emer or anyone to look near his eye.

I also got upset at how he wasn't letting Emer do her job. Emer was wonderful with him. She went out of her way to help calm him down, she was fun and enthusiastic and eventually he allowed her to get the information she needed.

She was very reassuring to me and on numerous occasions asked me if I was OK and if there was anything she could do for me. I am very thankful for the level of care that was provided to both my little boy and me. Thank you, Emer.
