"Psychosexual therapy"

When I was first referred to the sexual health service, I was very anxious and upset, feeling like painful sex is something that wouldn’t get better and being lost on how to tackle the issue.

I was immediately reassured by Diane, the psychosexual therapist at Severn Fields, who through a non-judgemental, kind and and caring approach has given useful advice, tips, exercises that have made me feel confident and encouraged.

Sex is now completely pain free/enjoyable. Can’t recommend the service enough, to anyone who is struggling with this to not suffer in silence or alone, as it is very very treatable.
