I was due to have a tooth extraction, but my appointment was when we had the covid pandemic so it was cancelled, I tried to make another appointment but I was told that I wasnt able to have it done, since then I've been turnt away, it's been maybe two years and I've still yet to have my tooth extracted. Plus now have other dental issues, I've been told to go to a dentist the only places I can go is a private dentist which cost a fortune, I'm not rich I cannot afford it. I find it very unfair that I was turnt away from st Mary's, I had to have dental treatment before and was ok to have it done there! It's not my fault there was a pandemic!! Now there is no way to get back to st marys for my dental treatment!! I was turnt away, and the receptionist was very harsh! Really not good enough!! I have tmj issues and dental anxiety, the hospital was the only place I felt ok.
