(as a service user),

Both the support worker and advanced practitioner in Ophthalmology OutPatients 1 at St John’s Hospital were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. 

It was a very busy clinic but I didn’t feel rushed at any time. 

Thank you for taking care of me today

Dear GymMum, thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the quick efficient and professionalism of the staff in out patient 1 Ophthalmology Department. I acknowledge your comments that although the clinic was busy the staff [all] took time to answer your questions and took time to reassure you and carry out your treatment in a calm non rushed manner.

I will ensure that the staff are made aware of your very kind words.
