About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as a service user),

I received excellent care in the day surgery unit in Vale of Leven hospital. The staff were friendly, attentive and reassuring. My surgery was fully explained, and the staff were great at lifting the mood in the ward. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Thank you very much for your kind and positive feedback, we appreciate you taking the time out of your day to do this.

We value all feedback, if we are not getting it right it helps us to try and fix it, if we are getting it right, we are happy we have provided a positive experience for our patients. It is very high praise indeed to be told we lift the mood in the ward!
