"Absolutely shockingly useless "

Put 1 star as nt possible to put no stars!!! Absolutely sick to death of this place. Had nothing bt problems with them for 10yrs now!!!!! Absolutely useless!!!

Never listened to, things i tell them never written on care plans!! Have to chase them up to send it the drs as cant get new prescriptions! Never get through on phone which led to me being discharged last Dec. They just dont give a care to people or help! No consistency, never do reassessments, number of times they put denies suicidal tendencies when asked at times when not even asked me or ive told them feeling suicidal. Same questions how u ate, how u slept off u go. U wait 6-9mnths til ur next appointment only to be given 10 mins! The care has been non existent to me despite being on their books for past 10yrs!Like talking to brick wall!If ur nt able to make ur appointment then u go without for mnths on end!!! The things i could say & bad experiences iv had with this place would shock ppl to their core. Its disgusting!!! All yr ive been waiting for them to sort my referral bk gps have emailed twice. Access team have wrote to them after i was suicidal because i cant cope. That was August! Psychiatrist rang after i told them i want someone else&to start from the beginning. Was told would ve discussed&sorted that afternoon that was 2mnths ago & nothing! U ask for help, u cant get it even when ur under secondary mental health care. My partner even been up twice after nt getting thru on phone for 6mnths!He buzzed loads of times to be ignored. Even knocked on window was ignored when trying to get somones attention. Constantly been let down repeatedly. I got to the point where making my mental health worse cuz they cause so much more stress.

Nothing is followed up, they dnt post ur care plans except if feel like it. My own drs surgery can't get in touch. They've 1receptionist answering the door, phone& everything else. Been telling them all this for yrs everytime. 10yrs later nothings changed!Psychiatrist who also works at parent&baby unit doesn't even know what meds i could have!

Does not give u any confidence when ur trusting these ppl with ur life!

Care is non existent! They dnt even bother to familiarise themselves with ur file for ur appointment. How are u supposed to get anything out of 10mins?!!!to last u for nx 6-9mnths!!!!!!!!! The amount of times iv been in crisis over last 10yrs and had no help is unreal. Ur just left to cope even when uv had ur 1st baby and most at risk for postpartum psychosis!!!!! Im talking with actual real disorders u have for life like proper mental health illnesses nt just mental health issues!!!!! And still u cant get any support!!!!! Everything they do obviously isnt working bt change nothing to improve it! Lost any faith in them entirely&now feeling so lost, daunted&everyday doom of coping alone with it all&nowhere2turn. Struggling to cope everyday. I struggle so much every single day! done&do everything to help myself all bt i cant do it all by myself!
