(as a parent/guardian),

My 2 year was displaying obvious signs of a UTI over the weekend. Rang ooh at 11.25am and a lovely doctor rang me back to triage the call at 11.50am. She gave me an appointment for 3.20pm.  I was pleasantly surprised at the timeframes, a very effective service.
