I took a non epileptic seizure whilst at a concert in the o2 arena, and came round feeling very dazed and confused. Most of the first aiders at the arena took great care of me, however due to the nature of what happened an ambulance was called. Up on arrival to the scene, Nick and Will from EMFS ambulance service introduced themselves and made me feel so at ease. When in the ambulance Will was making jokes to take my mind off the situation whilst doing his best to assess me. Due to past history of anxiety whilst in ambulances, Nick and Will were so calming and caring that I wasn’t too focused on the anxiety I was filing.
They are a great asset to the team and the London Ambulance Service are very lucky to have them
"So calming and caring"
