I would not recommend this practice ! Needs a good shake up! In general drs surgeries need to come out from behind the Covid mask, tell us how things are really affecting them. Part time short staffed etc… so we know where we stand and what to expect.
If you can’t care for the volume of people then say so and don’t take any more on.
