"Excellent care"

I attended Clinic F at Stobhill today for a cervical biopsy. The staff nurse, Pauline, put me immediately at ease, was friendly, caring and compassionate, and chatted away to me throughout the process.

Dr McAlpine-Scott talked me through everything and again was very reassuring, making me feel at ease. I was asked if the medical student could be involved for teaching and learning purposes, which I consented to.

The aftercare was also excellent, and they made sure I was feeling well enough to go home. I was offered a tea/coffee/water and a biscuit whilst I waited before being able to go home. I found their care person-centred, trauma-informed and professional.
