I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the Dr and staff who treated me on 30.11.2022 at Dermatology. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and after years of medical appointments due to infertility I sometimes have panic attacks in clinical settings. After my initial consult I decided to have a skin anomaly that had been bothering me removed, I felt very informed and comfortable with the Dr.
Today was the day of the removal and although I was anxious I was put at ease, and I felt listened to and heard. Didn't feel a thing and it was lovely to have a positive experience after years of negative - it means a lot to somebody like me. Lovely informative staff working with the Dr too. Thankyou and have a lovely Christmas.
