I have been a patient of Three Villages and have used their services multiple times for myself and my two young children. The surgery has always been attentive and reactive to my requirements and I have always left feeling valued and that my issue has or is going to be addressed. I particularly think the online messaging system is very efficient, I have never had to wait longer than a few hours and it’s always been an appropriate response, whether that be a reciprocated message, a phone call or a scheduled appointment. What I particularly like about the messaging system is that you don’t have to have a protracted and as a result, frustrating wait on the phone trying to get through. Send the message and then get on with your day and wait for the reply. The email receipt of your sent message is also useful as it reassures you that it has been sent and received. This surgery should be an example to others in a challenging time for the health service. Thank you.
