"Urgent antibiotic medicine"

About: Penrith Hospital

(as the patient),

Visiting Cumbria from Scotland for several days I developed a urinary infection and was advised by my own health centre to use the local facilities in Penrith.  Considering my experience of the health services I was most pleasantly surprised by the quickness of the staff at Penrith Urgent Treatment Centre to take my details and have access to a local doctor.  The whole process was conducted with efficiency and professionalism and I was prescribed an antibiotic.
