Thank you very much to the Upper GI Endoscopy Team - Megan, Susan, Rossi, Ashley and Diane. Their professionalism, kindness and caring approach made a procedure I was very apprehensive of absolutely fine. It was slightly uncomfortable but nothing more and I managed without a sedative injection. Their narration of exactly what was happening at every moment was really appreciated. A great team - thank you!

Thank you very much for providing feedback after visiting the endoscopy unit.
Staff in the department do work hard to support patients prior to, during and after their procedure. It is good to know that you found staff to be caring, kind and you were kept informed of what was happening.
