(as the patient),

I recently had cause for an extended stay in 3B, where I found the staff at all levels to be professional, friendly, warm and supportive. The senior staff clearly have, and deserve, the respect of their colleagues and the teamwork ethic is strong. During my stay my needs were great and were attended to in exemplary fashion, I will always be grateful for this.
