Today I have received a letter from the Neurology clinic. My surprise was when checked the letter, and it's stated when the appointment will be. It's a waiting time of 9 months! I thought that my appointment would be urgent as I have a serious condition that's affecting my life.
In addition, it will be just only telephone appointment!
I thought I will get additional tests to assess my health issue.
I'm not sure what to do to speed up the appointment with the Doctor Specialist from the Neurology department?
I'm feeling that the service is very poor! It's not possible, How it can be possible that waiting time for telephone appointment is in 9 months? What am I suppose to do next? I feel that's very ridiculous and impossible to understand personally!
I'm really concerned about NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde outpatient waiting times!
