(as a service user),

I was diagnosed with PTSD after leaving the RAF after 22 years of service. I started to self medicate with alcohol until it got to the point I realised I needed help, my GP recommended I self refer to CBL. I did and eventually got directed to a Veterans Group run by Adrian based in Wisbeach.  I am now slowly beginning to get my life back.  If it wasn't for the Tuesday 'NAAFI Break' sessions I would not be here today.  For any Veteran out there, please do not give up hope, you still have a family and get in touch with Adrian (he's ex  Army but doesn't judge). He doesn't pull any punches but he's out there.
