Appointment for my nearly 2 year old with Edna - he was needing a nap and a bit grumpy, but she was very patient and won him round. 

She was really good at speaking to him about brushing teeth with him copying, he's been a lot more enthusiastic about me brushing his teeth since. I've been with my older lass so a lot of the information wasn't new, but a great positive appointment getting him used to visiting the dentist. 

Reception team at Montfield also very welcoming, helpful and efficient, when we had to change appointment and when we visited.
