About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

The care from the Emergency Department at RCHT was fantastic. My daughter was very anxious about a procedure that was needed, but the nurse and doctors were quick to respond, caring and very reassuring. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you on here. I was so pleased to see that the Nurses and Doctors were quick to respond in a caring and reassuring way when your daughter was anxious about the procedure she needed.

I am responding to you as a member of the Patient and Family Experience team here at the Trust, but I will ensure I share your feedback with the team in the Emergency Department, I am sure they will be pleased to receive it.
