I attended for an oral surgery procedure in Forth Valley Royal Infirmary. The Day Surgery Unit staff were amazing. They were so attentive and friendly. Everything was explained very well and explanations didn't feel rushed. The theatre staff were also very kind and put me at ease. All of the people I came into contact with (nurses, csw's, doctors, anaesthetist, surgeons, etc) were very kind and answered my questions in a way that helped me feel relaxed. Although it was a very minor procedure, I am sometimes afraid of being put to sleep. I never even needed to voice my concerns as I felt very confident in the care of everyone I came into contact with.
