"Angel’s Heart"

My blood pressure reading was extremely high, the nurse told me to practice breathing exercise and then the pressure became normal.

I had phobia of needles, blood taking was definitely a nightmare to me. The nurse of the centre chatted with me and diverted my attention and it was done without pain.

Thank so much for the nurse, she was like an angle, she totally understand patients‘ anxiety and use “magic” to calm down people.

Actually the staffs of the center were nice and helpful.
