"My amazing doctor!"

After waiting for 2.5 years for my carpal tunnel operation, Forth Valley and more specifically Dr Bennett contacted me to offer me an appointment. She wasn’t just very friendly but also very informative and talked me through everything. Did not rush me, was happy to answer all my questions and then the actual day of the operation came. And she exceeded expectations by her calm and kindness, humour and once again her great professionalism. I was in and out less than an hour.

Then I received a follow up letter for a post op follow up video appointment, which she again attended herself and just was wonderful! It’s amazing to meet someone as passionate, caring towards her patients and eager to make a difference in people’s lives. She is a huge asset to the NHS and most importantly to patience and I feel lucky to get her us my surgeon! Thanks you Sarah also for adopting me over from the Lothian board to be able to have my second hands operated on in a couple of months time, instead of having to wait potentially another 18 months.
