What I liked

My son had a football accident which left him with a large cut on the inside of his mouth. We were sent to Queens from King Georges to have his mouth stitched probably under a general. When we meet the doctor he gave us our options in a kind and caring manner. He was so considerate and kind that he put my son at ease (also me) that my son made the decision to have his mouth stitched under a local. My son stayed calm throughout but I am sure it was only because the doctor was so calming and reassuring.
