"Excellent care, but the car park fees are..."

About: King's Mill Hospital

Anything else?

My Dad is critically ill in Intensive Care, the treatment he has received from the nurses and doctors is excellent everyone has given me time and you can clearly see the care they give my Dad is exceptional. But I find it disgusting that I have to pay the huge car park fees, I visit everyday and have currently spent £33.00 in 17 days. As a relative of a critically ill patient I think the hospital should have understanding and give concessions to wards such as Intensive Care and Neonatal.

Thank you for posting your comment. We are not sure if you are aware but we are able to offer visitors a weekly or monthly saver ticket for the car parks priced at £10 and £25 respectively. Please call into the Patient Advice and Liaison Service office (located in the hospitals main entrance) during normal office hours and they will be happy to talk to you about this and can show you how to purchase one of these tickets if required.
