"My sister in law (42) has had ..."

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

(as a relative),

What could be improved

My sister in law (42) has had a torrid time over the last four years under this hospital. She was diagnosed with breast cancer about four years ago. She died recently, throughout the diagnosis was a catalogue of incompetence, the diary says it all!. Over this whole period she has been subjected to incompetence, uncaring staff, abysmal bedside manner, rough handling, terrible administration. If this was a business most of the staff would be sacked. There were a few good staff but they were let down by the majority of uncaring and uncoordinated administration. How I hate this hospital and the so called professionals that wander the wards. I can never put into words my absolute contempt of these people. I hope that one day that justice will be done, I will do my best to see that it is. How can the management of this hospital preside over a system that has piano music in the main atrium, too loud disco type music in the cafeteria, lifts only to the wards that are often over crowded or out of order. You are supposed to be running a hospital not a hotel. Get your treatment and bedside manner sorted out before worrying about the image. You disgust me. The few who were excellent should be given medals you truly are the best. The rest of you are in the wrong job. Cancer is all around us it is a sad fact of human life and death. Your attitude and actions increased every aspect of this terrible disease: pain, suffering and mental torture. those of you who this is directed at probably don't even care enough to read these messages! No doubt you will moderate this to nothing which sums you up you care nothing about the truth and improvement.
