I webt to a&e after falling in the street the day before. I had had complex surgery on my shoulder a few weeks earlier & was worried i might have hurt it. It was such a positive experience - polite, clean, informative and caring. So different from my local a&e. Even the spe specialist phoned when they said he would. I heard that the service has been criticised as too expensive. I would disagree. It is efficient, effective & provides timely care thus it is economical in other ways such as return to work. So impressed!
