I would like to thank the Child Hearing Test Department at Northampton General Hospital. I went yesterday with my 2 year old daughter and was dealt with very quickly and the lady who saw us was extremely friendly and helpful and explained things well. Everybody in the department seemed cheerful and all dealt with the children and babies well.
