About: Frenchay Hospital

Anything else?

I have been attending frenchay hospital for the last 12 years due to being diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2001,I have had two operations and many MRI scans since as they can not remove all the tumour, All the staff in the MRI department are very helpful and friendly and the nurses on wards 2 & 5 were all great and my consultant is wonderful. I can not say anything bad about the hospital, they made my stays in hospital bearable in probably the worse time of my life.

Dear Anonymous – thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your feedback about the Neurology service at Frenchay. I am pleased that the staff provided the professional support and care you needed to help you during such difficult time in your life, and that this has been constant over such a long period of time, when undoubtedly staff in the department will have changed. Your comments have been shared with the staff in the department and on Wards 2 and 5, and the consultant team in particular. Kind regards – Steve Sykes Advice and Complaints Team Manager
