This is the worst place i ever visited. I got a wrist sprain from past 4 months and my GP referred me to a specialist but its taking ages to get the appointment with him. The pain got worst from last week and now I cant even move my hand or lift an empty bowl. I got a small baby of 8 months who needs lifting every now and then. So today i visited A&E as i felt worst today. they took the X-ray and said because its not a fracture they cant do anything. Do i have to break my arm to see a specialist?

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. The best course of action for you would be to go back to your GP and explain that your condition has got worse. Your GP will be able to reassess you and expedite a consultation with the right person as required.
