care on ward 19 is very poor staff are rude and just stand around the nurses station chatting my wife was connected to a monitor incorrectly and just left with the alarm going for about 2 hours then at around 6pm my wife told she was ok and she could go home when i arrived around 7pm it was clear she was not well. This is to me is very poor care from what should be caring profession
