What I liked

not alot really, i went in to have my vains done, got there at 7am and ended up waiting until 6.45pm before having my op and ended up having to stay over night. i wasnt given anything to eat or drink until 3am, and had to leave my disabled wife alone all night at home.

What could be improved

booking to many people in for operations at the time on the same day would be a good start. and not changing peoplea appointments all the time.
