"I WENT FOR AN OPERATION AND MOST ..."

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I WENT FOR AN OPERATION AND MOST OF THE DOCTORS AND NURSES WERE VERY HELPFUL. I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT PAIN CONTROL BUT AFTER I WAS SEEN BY THE PAIN NURSE I FELT VERY REASSURED AND HE CAME TO SEE ME REGULARLY TO ENSURE I WAS GETTING THE BEST PAIN KILLER AND I WAS GIVEN A MORPHINE PUMP WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE PAIN NURSE WAS VERY CARING, POLITE AND CONSIDERATE

We are fortunate to have a dedicated pain control specialist nurse who has clearly made a difference to your experience with us.
