What I liked

Ambulance staff and consultant excellent.

What could be improved

The rest of the staff are poor. The consultant does not get support from other depts. The admin staff are unhelpful. Make visit to hospital less pleasant. I will put in a formal complaint when my treatment is completed if that ever happens. A 3 month recovery period has now last 28 months.
