TRAQS was established in June 2012 to ensure patients are offered a choice of where they can be seen and where possible we try to book an early appointment at a local hospital of choice. At times this is not possible, so we endeavour to give clear, concise options for patients to chose. I am pleased that TRAQS were able to go through the options available and book an appointment that met with your approval. It is important to all NHS staff that you receive the care and attention at such a difficult time.
