About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My heart specialist nurse wrote to my doctor to refer me to a fatigue and tiredness clinic, but instead he referred me to a headache and anxiety clinic.

The lady from TRAQS was very helpful and she referred me herself to the correct clinic so I didn't have to go back to my doctors, which I was very grateful for.
