About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was waiting for an appointment for Rheumatology at Hollinswood, Telford, and it only took a few days for TRAQS to get in touch. Lady I spoke to was polite and helpful and booked what I thought was an appointment much quicker than I expected.

A pleasant experience at a worrying time.

My visit to the clinic was also easy and non stressful with another appointment made for me.

So many thanks to all as not all NHS dealings are causing concern for patients etc.
