About: New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow)

(as the patient),

Signage is very poor!

Appointment in Clinic B.

First sign on entering main door for G onwards. Sign for B was not visible from door as on a sidewall. Doubly difficult as obscured by a temporary banner besides the table and leaflets!

I am sorry that you had difficulties with the signage, I will draw this to the attention of the local site manager to see if there is anything we can do by way if improvement, and I will also ask her to let colleagues in the WRVS service see your posting too. I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.
