"At no time did the staff's attitude change, well done all"

About: Community Health Services / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Throughout the period of treatment all items ticked were 100% accurate.

I received treatment from Lorraine (Splint) technician, 6 weeks physio from team (varied personnel), Micky who performed the cortisone injections.

The experience was a educational experience although I know that my ailment is small compared to others impairments, I was never made to feel it was not as important.

At times during the courses some patients were grouchy and mouthy, at no time did the staff's attitude change, well done all!

When I become a grouch I know I will be welcome.
