Thank you for providing feedback to the TRAQS team. I am sorry that you appear to be disappointed with the overall service provided to you.

TRAQS has been developed to offer a choice of provider at the earliest possible date and you should normally wait no more than 18 weeks from of your referral to the beginning of your treatment. Therefore I am sure you will now accept that to receive an appointment within 9 weeks is well within the agreed target. Unfortunately TRAQS has no control over the waiting times at the hospital but I can only say that there must have been a valid reason for the delay you experienced. Time spent with the consultant and the for the next stage of your treatment are similarly, not within TRAQS control. Again, the 4 month delay you mention must be due to pressures which the clinic is currently experiencing.

Nevertheless thank you for taking the time to forward your comments and I hope your treatment pathway is positive.
