Referred for physio, contacted within a couple of days, appointment offered was 5 weeks away. Same week we were going away, said could pass to Madeley and should be seen sooner, friend was contacted following week and offered appointment same week.
Never heard from Madeley, phoned back about 3 weeks later and told had to phone Madeley and all details sent to them, but when did they hadn't received my details and told should phone TRAQS back - eventually sorted.
