"Meds not on time, apomorphine pump put on late and wrong dose!"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

(as the patient),

I stayed in hospital for 2. 5 weeks.

I think staff understood the importance of getting medication for Parkinson's disease on time but didn't bother.

I was not allowed to manage my own medications.

Some staff and wards were better than others, Medical Assessment Ward was worst - meds not on time, apomorphine pump put on late and wrong dose! Rawcliffe Ward was good, meds on time etc.
