"I had to wait 5-6 weeks for my podiatry appointment"

About: NHS Telford and Wrekin CCG Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I had to wait 5-6 weeks for my podiatry appointment but once there I was very pleased with the service.

The gentleman I saw was very thorough - explaining everything and making sure I understood what was happening.

He made me new, much improved insoles for my shoes which are very comfortable.

Thank you for your comments.

TRAQS aims to offer the earliest possible appointment in most cases but unfortunately, in some specailities (such as Podiatry), the actual booking of appointments is outwith our control. Nevertheless your comments are greatly appreciated and I am glad that you are happy with the treatment you have received and the results.
