"Putting advice into practice and am seeing the results"

About: Community physiotherapy / Dereham physiotherapy clinic

(as the patient),

My physio for hip and back pain was Linda Long.

In my opinion she helpt me understand why I was in pain and how I might overcome it with correct exersise.

I am putting her advice into practice and am seeing the results in the reduction of pain and the extension and range of my activities.
