I found the member of staff very helpful and explained things very well to me about what she was doing. Also, very good at answering any queries I had too.
I received a follow up call to see if I had been able to sort my prescription, very pleased with the fact the lady is to make up a follow up session.
I am very impressed with the service I have received.
