Expecting to be hanging around and treated like a number, I was so pleasantly surprised at the efficiency here. From checking in at reception to the excellent manner of the B Scan nurse. Most of all, the wonderful way the consultant read my mood. She explained things and took time to re-assured me. Big congrats staff at Hallamshire Eye Clinic for a seamless visit . So different to what we have at Doncaster where you can write a day off for the simplest of things.
