2. patient, ready to go, was told at 5h30 pm that there were no bed available, prior to the op the following day. Tough.

3. patient promoted to CCTV. A month later, still no results.

4. patient told that because CCTV has revealed a possible problem, endoscopy to come. Patient has lost patience and confidence on equal measure. Tried to

phone endoscopy. Gave up after 55 mins. Still no results. Any suggestions?
