Today I had the daunting prospect of having to have a Cystoscopy at Kidderminster Hospital.From the moment I entered the hospital I found all the staff[from reception,imaging,phlebotomy and endoscopy]to be friendly and very helpful and put my troubled mind at rest.It was the most pleasureable experience I,ve encountered in my vast history of hospitals.Thanks
