On Wednesday 5th June I visited Airedale for blood tests and an x Ray. On entering the hospital I was a bit lost and some passing staff asked if they could help and then pointed me in the right direction, all with a smile. Whilst walking through the hospital all the staff were friendly and smiling. I was whisked very quickly in for my blood test with no waiting, and was dealt with in a very professional and caring manner. I was then directed (again with a smile) to X Ray where once again I was dealt with very quickly and professionally. My whole experience was very reassuring and quick! 40 mins from start to finish including walking the full length of the hospital and parking.
