If you have recently had some form of heart attack/treatment and are offered the chance to take this course I should take up the offer. I had a heart attack earlier in the year and have just completed the course. It was most enjoyable and catered for all ages and abilities. The nurses are a great team and look after eveyone with care and encouragement. The two 'talk' days are also very informative as I for one was not too well up on the mechanics of the heart, treatments and lifestyle changes that could be beneficial. I would thoroughly recommend the cardiac re-hab course at St Peter's Thanks again to the team
