My wife recently had a liver re-section at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, the operation which was to remove a giant cyst on her liver was a complete success, the staff on ward C14 were outstanding and really looked after us all during her 2 week stay, she is now 6 weeks on and has just been given the all clear. We must remeber we have an exceptional national health service which is the envy of the worl, we have skilled surgeons, doctors, consultants, all on tap 24/7 we really can't complain when they let us down sometimes.
